For contractual, privacy, industrial secrecy and data security reasons, the technical details of this period remain confidential. But its influence is clear: it strengthened his understanding of sensitive infrastructure, secure operations and the importance of building systems where trust is not decorative. It is mandatory.
This experience helped shape the professional standard he would later apply to telecommunications, digital platforms, fintech, media infrastructure and international business architecture.

In Paraguay, Adriano Mattje began transforming technical knowledge into companies, infrastructure and real market impact.
What started as one company became a platform for building across borders.
In 2008, Adriano Mattje founded Planet Click, his first company in Paraguay. What began as an entrepreneurial step soon became the foundation for a much larger professional journey.
From that first operation, he continued creating and developing companies in the telecommunications and technology sectors, including Link Telecom and Neo Telecom.
Years later, he founded America Telecom in the United States, building Cross Connect as an international commercial brand and expanding the model into different countries through local corporate structures.
This evolution was not built as a collection of names, but as a progressive architecture: each company, each market and each operation became part of a broader vision to connect infrastructure, technology, media, telecommunications and international business.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS PIONEER
Opening a Route That
Did Not Exist
When the market believed that importing internet from Brazil into Paraguay was too expensive or impractical, Adriano Mattje built the route.
One of Adriano Mattje’s most important professional milestones was pioneering the legal importation of internet capacity from Brazil into Paraguay by a private company.
At the time, the idea was considered unrealistic by much of the market. The common belief was that buying internet from Brazil was either too expensive, too complex or commercially unviable.
Adriano proved otherwise.
He acquired internet capacity in Cascavel, Brazil, approximately 150 kilometers from the Paraguayan border, and transported that signal through a wireless backbone that extended roughly another 150 kilometers inside Paraguay.
The result was a cross-border telecommunications route of more than 300 kilometers, built with engineering, persistence and strategic courage.
This infrastructure allowed him to deliver up to ten times more capacity for the same price practiced by the market at that time, changing the logic of connectivity for operators and clients in the region.
Before Brazil became a major source of internet for Paraguayan providers, Adriano helped open the path.

As with many pioneering movements, the project faced resistance from established market forces and traditional structures that were not prepared to see new players entering the media distribution space.

Adriano understood that convergence early, and worked to give operators the tools to participate in that transformation.
