Browsing: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time — technical and security logs.
Conversations with the support agent: the messages you write, the page and section you were on, the language and the date.
Contact details you choose to leave: name and email address, only when you tick the authorization box.
Messages you send us by email or form.

We never ask for passwords, card details or ID documents in the conversation — please do not share them there.

To answer your questions and provide the services you signed up for or requested.
To email you the answer to a conversation, when you have authorized it.

4. Support by artificial intelligence

The chat window on our websites is handled by an artificial intelligence agent, not a person — and this is stated at the start of every conversation. When the agent does not have the answer, the question is passed to our internal team without your name or contact details; the answer comes back in the same conversation and, if you authorized it, by email. The agent does not make decisions with legal effects about you.

5. How long we keep it

Full conversation: up to 90 days.
Access to the conversation from your device: 30 days; after that, the record stays with Mattje Holding Corp. for the period above.
Conversation summary: for as long as it is useful for support.
Contact details (name and email): for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your matter; deleted when you ask.
Technical logs: for as long as needed for security and fraud prevention.

6. Who we share it with

Companies of the Mattje Holding group that operate our support technology, under our instructions.
Contracted hosting, email, artificial intelligence and payment providers, who may only use the data to provide their service to us.
Authorities, when required by law.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our servers and providers are located, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and separation of data by company. No system is completely immune to failure; if an incident affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your rights

You may request: confirmation that we process your data; access and a copy; correction; deletion; portability; objection to or restriction of its use; and withdrawal of any authorization you gave. The chat window stores a key in your browser so you can return to the conversation for 30 days. The website may use other cookies needed for it to work. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your permission where the law requires it.

11. Children

Our websites are not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, use them with the permission of a parent or guardian.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The version and date appear at the top; important changes will be announced on the website.

13. Language

This policy is available in Portuguese, Spanish and English. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
